Food Service Supervisor

Job Details:

Permanent full time food service supervisor: 1 position. Start wage $18.65/hour. 30-40 hours per week. Working time: Morning, Evening, Day, Night, Weekend. Job duties include: Establish methods to meet work schedules; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Hire food service staff; Address customers' complaints or concerns; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Prepare and submit reports; Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. High school diploma is required, need to have at least 2 years of experience in related field, equvalency considerered.

Kitchen Helper:

Permanent full time Kitchen Helper: 1 position. Start wage $15.80/hour. 30-40 hours per week. Working time: Morning, Evening,  Day, Night, Weekend. Job duties include: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units; Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs; Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware; Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand; Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, applicances and equipment; Remove kitchen garbage and trash; Sharpen kitchen knives; Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit. High school diploma is required, equvalency considerered. Experience an asset.

Waiter/Waitress

Permanent full time waiter/waitress: 1 position. Start wage $18.20/hour. 30-40 hours per week. Working time: Morning, Evening,  Day, Night, Weekend. Job duties include: Address customers' complaints or concerns; Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings; Describe menu items including daily specials for customers; Advise on menu selections; Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs; Serve food and beverages; Assist clients/guests with special needs; Provide customer service. High school diploma is required, equvalency considerered. Experience an asset.

Cook

Permanent full time cook: 1 position. Start wage $17.50/hour. 30-40 hours per week. Working time: Morning, Evening, Day, Night, Weekend. Job duties include: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods; Inspect kitchens and food service areas; Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food; Order supplies and equipment; Supervise kitchen staff and helpers; Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment; Manage kitchen operation. High school diploma is required, need to have at least 2 years of experience in related field, equvalency considerered.
