Job Duties:

1. Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
2. Recruit and supervise staff
3. Conduct performance reviews
4. Conduct training sessions
5. Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
6. Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
7. Perform front desk duties
8. Implement marketing and promotional activities
9. Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
10. Address customers' complaints or concerns
11. Assist clients/guests with special needs
12. Establish work schedules
