Food Service Supervisor
1289929 BC. LTD. dba Isshin Sushi, located in Surrey, BC is looking for skilled and experienced Full-time, Permanent Food Service Supervisor.
Conditions:
- Position: Food Service Supervisor (Full-Time, Permanent position)
- Wage: $15.50 – $18.50 per hour (wage to be determined depend on experience and skills)
- Working hours: 30-40 hours per week
- Ability to do shift work (daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays)
- Benefit: Tips & Free meals are provided
- Vacation: 10 days paid vacation/year or 4% gross salary
- Positions Available: 1
Requirements:
- Education; Completion of secondary school
- Experience; 2-3 years of experience in food preparation or service OR Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline is required
- Language; English

Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff.
- Establish work schedule.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate and order supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns
