We are currently looking for a self-motivated Full-time Food Service Supervisor to join our team who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. You are expected to help drive the daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and maintaining the highest standards of quality. If you're passionate about culinary arts and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment, we welcome you to become part of the Steve Poke Bar family. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate food service staff.

• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for kitchen.

• Prepare food order summaries for the chef.

• Establish work schedules and procedures.

• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

• Train staff in duties, sanitation, and safety.

• Supervise assembly of take-out boxes, food portions and service delivery.

• Ensure quality control standards are met.

• Assist in staff selection and policy development.

• Assisting manager in planning restaurant menus and managing food and labor costs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent, college /university degree is preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant environment, supervising and training staff.
• Excellent communication skills
• Abilities to work in fast-paced environment and Client focus 
• Must be a team player but also be able to work independently
• Computer knowledge is desirable to work with schedule and sales systems

Physical:

Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register (cashier). Position requires standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Salary: $20 per hour
