Frankly coffee and Bistro in Kamloops, BC is currently seeking experienced Food Service Supervisor.
Working (Business) Location: 437 Lansdowne St, Kamloops, BC V2C 1Y2
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30~40 hours per week)
Wage: $20 per hour
Responsibilities:
– Supervises and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and serve food
– Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
– Establish work schedules
– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
– Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage.
– Ensure food and service meet quality standards
– Respond to customer issues.
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school
– 1 years of work experience in food preparation or service
– Able to communicate in English
