1056208 BC Ltd. dba Depot by Timbertrain Coffee Roasters in Vancouver, BC is looking for experienced, skilled, Full-Time Permanent Food Service Supervisors.

Conditions:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor (full-time, permanent position)
• Wage: $20.00- $22.50/hour (wage to be determined based on experience and skills) 
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours a week, 5 days a week
• Ability to do shift work (morning, daytime, weekends and holidays)
• Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% gross salary
• Benefit: Extended health and dental costs shared 50/50 with employee
• Number of Positions: 2

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food preparation or service OR Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline is required
• Language: English

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns
• Establish work schedule
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Estimate and order supplies and ingredients
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Perform cashier’s or server’s duty such as taking orders and processing payments if it needs
