We are looking for well experienced Food Service Supervisors for “Hungry Herbies Drive Inn” located at 1301 Hwy. 97 North Cache Creek, BC V0K 1H0 Canada.

No. of positions – 05

JOB DUTIES:

• Overall supervision of the restaurant floor, including the staff members during the shift.
• Supervision of delivery orders and take-out options.
• Responsible for smooth food service and timely execution of customer orders.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and food collection areas.
• Make a schedule of staff based on customer rush.
• Ensure the quantity and quality of food being served or delivered.
• Assist manager in recruitment and training of new staff.
• Ensure hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality and speed of service during shifts.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns and ensure excellent customer service

Prerequisites:

Education:                               Secondary School or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills:                1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food industry

Language:                               English

Hourly Rate: $ 18 to $ 20 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
