Our pub restaurant is located in Vancouver Yaletown. Now we have openings for Food Service Supervisor.

Position: Full-time Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)
Open positions: 2
Responsibilities:
– Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
– Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from dieticians, patients in hospitals or other customers
– Establish work schedules and procedures
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
– Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school.
– 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
Wage and working hours: $18.50 – $19.50 per hour, 35-40 hours a week.
