Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary school is required

Job requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in food service industry.

Language Requirements:

English

Start date:

ASAP

Wage:

$18.50-$19.50 /hour (Depending on experience)

Hours:

30-40 hours per week

Benefits:

4% remuneration vacation pay, Tip
 

Job Duties:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and direct daily operations
• Monitor and ensure food and service meet quality control standards, and feedback kitchen and counter staff when needed
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Ensure all care areas are clean and tidy
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, safety procedures, and food preparation
• Address customers’ complains or concerns, and solve problems when needed

Work Location:

You will be required to work at / supervise for two locations;

• Sushi Bar Ajisai: 2081 West 42nd Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V6M2B4
• Ajisai 2 Go: 2087 West 42nd Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V6M3X3

*These two locations are only 2 minute away by walk
