Food Service Supervisor
Hobin Foods Ltd. DBA Panago Pizza in Victoria, BC is looking for skilled and experienced Full-time, Permanent Food Service Supervisors.
Conditions
- Position: Food Service Supervisor
- Working Hours: Full-Time, Permanent Position (30-40 hrs/week)
- Ability to do shift work (morning, daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays)
- Hourly Wage: $17.50 – $20.00/hour (wage to be determined depending on experience and skills)
- Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% gross salary

Requirements
- Education: Completion of secondary school
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service OR Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline is required

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff.
- Prepare food order summaries for kitchen staffs.
- Establish work schedule.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Estimate and order supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Perform cashier’s or server’s duty such as taking orders and processing payments if it needs.
