Food Service Supervisor

EVEN VALU ENTERPRISES LTD. dba Little Caesars Pizza in North Vancouver, BC is looking for a Food Service Supervisor.

Conditions        

Ÿ   Position: Food Service Supervisor

Ÿ   Working Hours: Full-Time, Permanent Position (30-40 hrs/week)

Ÿ   Ability to do shift work according to work schedule

Ÿ   Hourly Wage: $17.00 – $19.00/hour (wage to be determined depending on experience and skills)

Ÿ   Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% gross salary

Ÿ   Benefits: Tips and free meals are provided during shifts

Requirements

·         Education: Completion of secondary school

·         Experience: 3 years of experience in food preparation or service OR Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline is required

·         Language: English

Job Duties

·         Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff.

·         Prepare food order summaries for kitchen staffs.

·         Establish work schedule.

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

·         Estimate and order supplies and ingredients.

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

·         Perform cashier’s or server’s duty such as taking orders and processing payments if it needs.
