- 1-2 years of supervisory experience within the restaurant or service industry
- Experience as a barista is preferred
- Knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, and food safety regulations is required
- Can organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (evenings, weekends and holidays)
- Proven ability to coach and motivate a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to stand for long periods
Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure Starbucks Department is properly cleaned and sanitized
- Ordering and receiving products and inventory
- Team Member training and coaching to achieve operational standards
- Prepare special orders as per customers' request
- Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience
