• 1-2 years of supervisory experience within the restaurant or service industry
• Experience as a barista is preferred
• Knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, and food safety regulations is required
• Can organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (evenings, weekends and holidays)
• Proven ability to coach and motivate a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to stand for long periods

Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development. 



Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure Starbucks Department is properly cleaned and sanitized
• Ordering and receiving products and inventory
• Team Member training and coaching to achieve operational standards
• Prepare special orders as per customers' request
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience
