Conditions

Position: Early Childhood Educator – Infant Toddler Educator

Full-Time position: 37.5 hrs ~ 40 hrs/week, Permanent, Full time

Hourly Wage: $20~$23/hour

Benefit: MSP and extended Medical and Dental after 6 months of full-time employment

Requirements:

Education: Diploma in Early Childhood Education

License : BC Infant Toddler Educator certificate and Valid First Aid certificate

English: Able to communicate in English

Job Duties:

: Organize child-care program for children's development on physical, cognitive, emotional and social ability

: Plan early childhood education program for infant toddler and implement it

: Able to work with infant toddlers

: Provide activities like storytelling, singing songs to children and give opportunities to express their creativity through dramatic play, music or physical activities

: Involve in work actively even there's no supervision

: Observe children's assessments on their abilities, interests and needs, and discuss with their parents regarding their improvements or problems

: Change children's diapers and clothes when needed

: Make sure that children have proper eating, dressing and toilet habits

: Able to work in a stressful environment and should be well-organized

: Guide children when showing challenging behaviors
