Job Duties:
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Supervise, plan, assign and review the work of dispatchers
- Enforce adherence to safety and security protocols, standards, and regulations,
- Address issues and grievances, implementing corrective actions and enhancing processes.
- Provide training to staff on their responsibilities.
- Procure necessary supplies and materials.
- Conduct performance assessments of team members.
- May engage in the same tasks as those supervised.
