Salary: $20.50 hourly- 40 hours per Week

Terms of employment: Permanent Employment-Full time

Start date: Starts as soon as possible.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Will train

Tasks

·       Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand

·       Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products

·       Professionalism in customer service

·       Accept payment or invoices for items delivered

·       Assemble, install and set-up merchandise/products

·       Keep a record of items received and delivered

·       Prepare, package and restock goods

·       Accept and deliver messages and packages for events, conferences or assemblies

·       Load and unload goods

·       Sort packages

·       Follow directions and read map

·       Use maps and other trip planning aids

·       Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems

·       Perform administrative tasks

·       Pay and receive payments for goods

·       Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle

Credentials: 

Licences: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
