Customer Service Supervisor – Retail

We are looking for well-experienced Customer Service Supervisors – retail for “Thornhill Hyundai” located at 7200 Yonge Street, Thornhill, ON L4J 1V8, Canada. You may be required to work at various locations in the region.

 No. of Position: 03

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Supervise and lead the customer service team to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

·       Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times and customer service hours.

·       Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues to maintain a positive dealership experience.

·       Oversee inventory management for dealership supplies and accessories, ensuring stock levels meet customer demands.

·       Train new staff, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching to maintain excellent service standards.

·       Ensure the dealership showroom and service areas are well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing to customers.

·       May perform keyholder duties, including opening and closing the dealership, handling escalated concerns, and supporting management tasks.

Prerequisites:

Education:                               Secondary (High) School completion or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills:                 1 year to less than 2 years

Language:                               English

Hourly Rate:                             $ 34.10 to $ 40.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date:                           As soon as possible

Terms of Employment:             Fulltime and permanent
