    Job Duties:

• Manage effectively the kitchen operations of the restaurant
• Prepare and cook complete or individual Vietnamese meals as ordered
• Oversee kitchen operations and maintain food safety
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers and servers
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and work areas
• Plan menus and monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies
• Ability to commute/relocate

    Job Requirements:

• Food Handler Certification (preferred)
• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent
• Team player
• Organized
