Job Title: Cook (NOC: 63200)

Location:  855 St. Anne St. Bathurst NB E2A 4H7

Wage: $16/hour for 40 hours per week

Vacancy:  2 vacancies

Job Requirements:

Languages

·       English or French

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

• At least 1 years to less than 2 years of work as a cook or related field.

Duties:

·       Train staff in preparation

·       cooking and handling of food

·       Order supplies and equipment

·       Clean kitchen and work areas

·       Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·       Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

·       Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

·       Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance

Work Conditions
