Working hours : 40 hours per week

Job Duties :

– Prepare and cook Japanese food from the menu such as teriyaki, donburi, noodle soup and etc.

– Ensure quality of food and determine size of food portions

– Assist in monitoring or guiding kitchen staffs.

– Assist in developing new menus.

– Control the inventory on a regular basis.

– Clean and organize kitchen equipment and work area.

Requirements:
– Completion of High School is required.

– Minimum 3 years of work experience as a cook
– English
