Kisamos Greek Taverna is looking for a cook to work with our team.
Title: Cook
Opening: 2 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Wage: CAD 18.00 – CAD 21.00 per hour
Working hours: At least 30 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation
Location: 3420 Moncton Street, Richmond, BC V7E 3A2
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school education
- Commercial cooking experience is an asset
Main Duties:
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook authentic Greek style dishes and various house special menus
- Plan menu and determine food portions and size
- Prepare authentic Greek style sauces
- Ensure to maintain high quality of foods
- Monitor and order supplies
- Train kitchen helpers or new cook with advanced cooking skills
- May clean kitchen and work area
