Sushi Mura Restaurant Ltd. dba Sushi Mura in Richmond, BC is looking for full-time, permanent Cooks.
Conditions:
- Position: Cook (Full-Time, Permanent Position)
- Hourly Wage: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (wage to be determined depending on experience and skills)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
- Ability to do shift work according to work schedule
- Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% gross salary

Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook dishes such as assorted nigiri, sushi rolls, tempura, teriyaki, salad, donburi rice bowl, udon noodle soup, yakisoba and etc.
- Ensure to maintain high quality of foods
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Monitor and order supplies
- Oversee kitchen operations
- May clean kitchen and work area
