Job Description:
1263666 BC Ltd. DBA Church’s Texas Chicken is looking for one full-time permanent Cook to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals for guests.
- Following recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations.
- Plan Menus, determine size portions, estimate food requirements and costs.
- Coordinating food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
- Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards.
- Meeting special guest requests while ensuring same high-quality standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Oversee kitchen operations and may supervise kitchen helpers.
- May Clean Kitchen and work areas.
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary education is must.
- 2 to 3 years of related experience is required.
