OPPA BBQ Restaurant is located in Calgary, Alberta Canada and now we are hiring the experienced Cook.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage kitchen operations

Requirement:

– Completion of secondary school.

– 2+ years of working experience as a cook is required.

Conditions.

Wage: $17.00 – $18.00 / hour (to be negotiated) and 4% of vacation pay

Working Condition: 35 – 40 hours a week.
