Description
We are fully serving Japanese-style cuisine in Vancouver, BC. Now we are hiring experienced Cooks.

Position: Cook

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- May clean kitchen and work area
- May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school and
– 2 years or more experience as a cook.
– Japanese style food cook experience may be considered.
Wage: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Working Condition: 40 hours a week and the 4% of vacation pay is will be paid.
