Rockwell Toronto Construction Inc., Toronto, Ontario requires 1 Construction Project Coordinator on a Full-Time basis.
Hours of work: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Wages:$56.00 per hour plus Health Benefits

Education requirements: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year Experience requirements: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job duties of Construction Project Coordinator:
Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements Operate CADD and other computer software systems Read blueprint, schemas and drawings Develop risk management plans Oversee the analysis of data and information Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Prepare reports
