We are looking for a skilled and proactive computer programmer to join our team. As a computer programmer at AOT Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications that support both internal projects and client solutions. This role involves analyzing user requirements, developing logical and efficient code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, high-performance systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Write, modify, integrate, and test computer code for software applications including web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., designers, DevOps, product owners) to gather and analyze user requirements and develop logical and physical software specifications.
• Develop, test, and maintain application logic, algorithms, and APIs, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
• Participate in the design and architecture of scalable and secure software solutions using modern frameworks and tools.
• Maintain and improve existing software systems by debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing code based on user feedback and system performance metrics.

• Contribute to prototyping, experimentation, and the iterative development of in-house and client-based digital products.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients during integration and post-deployment phases.
• Participate actively in agile/scrum development cycles, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and team stand-ups.

Employment requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with agile development environments and modern DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or related).
• Experience with web, mobile, or cloud application development.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of software security principles and data protection regulations.

Your Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Solid communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong logical reasoning and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and project requirements.
• Alignment with AOT’s values of inclusivity, innovation, and empowerment.
