A full-time Child Caregiver -Private Home (live out) is needed for private home to take care of 3 children (6 years old and 1 year old twins).

Minimum Educational Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school
Job Requirement
– Completion of a training program in child care; or
– a related field or equivalent experience in childcare.
Language:
English
Job Duties:
– Monitor, supervise and care for three young children in employers’ home;
– Prepare formulas and change diapers
– Prepare and serve nutritious baby foods and meals;
– Bathe, dress, and feed children;
– Organize activities such as arts, craft, music, reading and outings for the children to develop their own interests;
– Prepare and oversee for rest periods;
– Instruct the children in personal hygiene and social development;
– Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the homes;
– Discipline the children according to the methods requested by the parents;
– Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Compensation:
$22.00/hour, 10 days of paid vacation, BC statutory holiday pay
Work hours:
35-40hours/week
Work Location:
Private homes in Burnaby area (Public transportation is available)
