 KARIGARS INTERIORS LTD located at 81 Fraser Avenue Unit 322, Fort McMurray, AB, T9H 3W7 is looking for full time/ permanent Carpenter to be a part of team as soon as possible.

Salary: $33/hour

Language: English

Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
• Survey building locations and levels
• Instruct apprentices
• Estimate costs and materials
• Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

▪ Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

▪ 1 year to less than 2 years
