Job Duties:
1.Preparing and processing invoices and tracking due payments from clients and ensuring timely payments to clients.
2.Ensuring accuracy and finding discrepancies in bank statements and reconciling them with the company’s financial data on a daily basis.
3.Recording financial transactions consisting of deals, costs, installments, purchases into organization’s bookkeeping software.
4.Ensuring that the company follows all financial rules and regulations. This includes preparing and filing tax returns and maintaining proper documentation for audits.
5.Handling payrolls including salaries, wages, taxes and deductions, and issuing payment accurately and timely to employees.
6.Maintaining financial records and documentation, as well as reports related to expenses vs income, cash flow statements and so on.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field is required.
1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required.
