Description
Malwa Construction Inc. located at 126 Vestor Dr. Pilot Butte SK, S0G3Z0 is looking for 2 full-time Building Maintenance Supervisor. (Even though this is a full-time position, part-time applicants are also encouraged to apply.) Wages will be $35.00/hr and 30 hours/week.
Duties:
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Requisition materials and supplies
- Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
- Prepare work progress reports
- May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.
Employment Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is usually required.2-3 years of experience in the trade or in the work area supervised are usually required.
