Position Info:
- Position: Cook
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $17.62~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 350-221 Loco Road, Port Moody, BC V3H 4H2

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals according to recipes and quality standards
- Participate in planning menus, food portions, and costs based on food requirements
- Maintain food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized
- Monitor and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment as required
- Keep records of inventory, food and all the supplies
- Supervise kitchen operations
- May assist in hiring and training new kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of experience of commercial cooking is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
