Banzai Sushi & Teriyaki House is seeking F/T Food Service Supervisors.

Position Info:

·         Position: Food Service Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $18.00~$21.50/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~44 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 7724 Elbow Drive SW, Calgary, AB T2V 1K2

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Supervise the activities of food service staff.

·         Establish work schedules and procedures for staff.

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

·         Provide training to food service staff regarding job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

·         Address customers’ complaints or inquiries.

·         Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as needed.

·         Maintain records of inventory and waste control.

·         Assist in hiring food service staff.

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
