Pace Processing and product development ltd.is looking for ONE passionate, enthusiastic, hard working and self-motivated Baker to assist in running our growing business and could join immediately.

Location: Unit 107 19495 55 Ave Surrey, BCV3S 8P7

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Work hours: 35 hours/week

Terms: Permanent Full-Time

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning

Language of Work: English

Job duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
• Operates a variety of kitchen equipment; measures and mixes ingredients

• Bake mixed dough and batters

• Frost and decorate cakes or other baked goods
• Cleans and sanitizes work stations and equipment

• Practices excellent food safety and sanitation practices and complies with HACCP standards
• Draw up production schedule

• Inform management of the equipment and supplies needed for production

• Assist other staffs and train new employees
• Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards

Skills and Education:

•         1 to 2 years of experience

•         Secondary Education
