Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Administrator to support daily administrative and operational activities. The successful candidate will ensure smooth internal processes, accurate record-keeping, and effective coordination across departments.

Duties

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Maintain and update internal databases, records, and spreadsheets
  • Prepare routine reports, correspondence, and internal documents
  • Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and internal requests
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal communications
  • Support payroll, invoicing, or billing processes as required
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary
  • Ensure proper storage and confidentiality of company records

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of administrative records
  • Support management and team members with administrative and operational needs
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain organized workflows to improve office efficiency
  • Identify administrative issues and recommend process improvements
  • Meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Maintain a professional and confidential approach to sensitive information

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative or back-office role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
