Description
Job Duties:
– Plan, organize and manage operations of Pizza store
– Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
– Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, drinks, kitchen and cleaning supplies
– Hire and train food service staff
– Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
– Address customers' complaints or concerns
– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Education requirements:Secondary School Diploma
Experience requirement: Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field
