Conditions:
- Position: Apprentice Cook (NOC 63200)
- Full-Time, Permanent position
- Wage: $17.62 – $19.00 per hour (wage to be determined depending on experience and skills)
- Working hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
- Ability to do shift work (morning, daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Vacation: 4% gross salary
- Positions Available: 1
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 year of commercial cooking experience as a Cook
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Language: English

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook dishes such as teppanyaki stir-fry noodles/rice, udon noodle soup, etc.
- Prepare ingredients by cutting, chopping, mixing, preparing sauces and other necessary supplies
- Ensure to maintain high quality of foods
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Monitor and order supplies
- Oversee kitchen operations
- May clean kitchen and work area
