Job Description:
Kraft Mortgages Canada Inc. is currently hiring 1 full-time Administrative Records Manager to join their team in Surrey, British Columbia as soon as possible.
Job Duties:
o Plan, manage, direct, monitor and evaluate the business operations to meet business needs.
o Lead, guide, direct and organize the team of current staff, contractors, and active brokers to accomplish business goals.
o Administer and supervise current employees, contractors and active brokers by providing finance, human resources, record management and administrative services as required.
o Manage day to day operations and prepare reports.
o Accountable for managing the recruitment process and identifying the staff training & development needs.
o Plan, direct and control financial plans for clients, vendor agreements and other supplies.
o Compile data to prepare reports and briefs for management committees and assess administrative services.
o Maintain Record Management Systems, including maintenance and management of active and archived records.
Requirements:
• Completion of high school is required.
• Minimum 3-4 year of related experience is required.
