• Wage: $25.50 to $27.00 per hour
• Benefit: 4% of vacation fee from gross salary
• Working Hours: 35 hours per week

We are looking for an energetic, professional, guest driven individual who is looking to further their career as an Accommodation Service Manager in our team.

 

Duties/Responsibilities

• Carry out and assess policies and procedures for the operation of the business
• Meet guests needs and solve customer complaints
• Recruit and oversee staff’s work performance
• Take part in for the marketing and promotional strategies
• Observe revenues and expenses
• Determine training requirements and construct work schedules
• Respond to enquiries and solves problems
• Ensure the completion of administrative tasks
• Maintain facility, equipment and supplies to meet company standard
• Perform other duties as assigned of directed

Requirements

• Completion of post secondary education in hotel management, hospitality, or other related discipline OR Several years of work experience within the accommodation industry
• Previous experience as a similar role is preferred
• Strong business management skills
• Strong sales and marketing skills
• Customer Service oriented mindset
