Position : Hot Food Cook
Wage: $22.00 ~ $27.00 per hour (depends of skills and experience)
Working Hours: 30 ~ 40 hours per week
Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation per year
Requirements:
– Minimum 2-3 years of cook experience
– Completion of high school
– English
Job Duties:
– Prepare and make complete Japanese style food.
– Assist in creating new Japanese food menus.
– Make sauces such as various types of tempura, donburi, teriyaki, udon sauce, etc.
– Make tempura, donburi, teriyaki, yakisoba udon, curry etc,
– Ensure quality of food and determine size of food portions.
– Control the inventory and maintain work area clean
– Clean and organize kitchen equipment and work area.
