Requirements
- No minimum education required
- Training will be provided, experience is an asset
- Ability to work in fast paced and team working environment
- Ability to work on all shifts (evening & weekend)
Responsibilities
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables, fruits and meat as per directions of cook/chef
- Sharpen kitchen knives
- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
- Sweep and mop floor
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots and pans using dishwasher or by hand
- Handle and store cleaning products properly
- Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage
