Job Responsibilities:
• You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
• You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• You will oversee the dining room & bar, check-in with guests and balance seating capacity, setting sections and overall flow of service. Seating guests, running food, assisting the bartender & servers during busy services, etc. will be your responsibility.
You will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and guests have pleasant dining experiences.
Qualification Requirements-
•Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
•Restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals.
•You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
• Schedule staff and oversee staff training
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify' procedures and prices
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Respond efficiently and accurately to guests complaints, reservations and questions
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products and negotiate with suppliers to get the better quality for lower price.
• Understanding, and practicing safe food handling procedures while maintaining a clean and safe environment for guest at all times
