Workplace information: On site

Salary: 20.00 to 25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 to 40 hours per Week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment; Full time; Day, Evening, Morning, On Call, Shift, Weekend

Starts as soon as possible

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities/ Tasks: Measure, cut and fasten underlay and underpadding: Prepare flooring plans and scheduling: Measure, cut and install carpeting on floors; Prepare tenders and quotations: Measure, cut and install resilient floor coverings; Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings; Estimate costs and materials; Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants; Install outdoor carpets; Install materials on counter tops and raised platforms

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding; Handling heavy loads; Bending, crouching, kneeling
