Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Keep kitchen and work area clean and sanitized
- Plan menus and determine size of food portions
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Estimate food requirements and costs and order supplies
- Involve in hiring and training new kitchen staff
- Supervise kitchen operations and schedule kitchen helpers
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Language: English
