Job Duties:
- Prepare a complete meal
- Order kitchen supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Keep kitchen and food preparation area clean and sanitized
- Supervise kitchen helpers and other staff
- Train other kitchen helpers in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food items
- Involve in the recruiting process of kitchen helpers
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of experience of commercial cooking is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
