Herald Language College is looking for a full-time Tutoring School Manager (NOC 40021) position.

Working conditions:
– Wage: $26.91/hour
– Working hours: 30-40 hours per week
– Benefits: 4% of vacation pay and 10 days of paid vacation
– Term of Employment: Full-time and Permanent position
Job Duties:
-Schedule coordination: Manage the tutoring schedule for students and instructors, ensuring classes run smoothly and efficiently.
-Student enrollment: Handle inquiries from potential students, assist with registration, and provide information about courses and programs offered.
-Curriculum development: Collaborate with instructors to develop and update course materials and curriculum to meet the needs of students preparing for exams like IELTS and CELPIP.
-Student progress tracking: Monitor student progress, provide feedback to instructors, and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure student success.
-Marketing and promotion: Assist in marketing efforts to attract new students, including creating promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and organizing events.
-Administrative tasks: Handle administrative duties such as maintaining student records, processing payments, and responding to emails and phone calls.
-Teacher support: Provide support and resources to instructors, including training sessions, lesson planning assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
-Facility management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the school facilities to provide a conducive learning environment for students and instructors.
Requirement:
– Bachelor degree is required.
– Several experiences as a senior teacher is usually required.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
