Position Info:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 1384 Baseline Road, Ottawa, ON K2C 0A9

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of food service staff
• Train food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Supervise, coordinate and establish work schedule of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns when it need

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food service is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
