Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food.
- Train and supervise kitchen helpers.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and oversee kitchen operations.
- Inspect kitchen and food service area.
- Assist management team in recruitment and hiring of new staff.
- Keep kitchen and food preparation area clean and sanitized
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
