SUSHI WELL is looking for F/T Chef.
Position: Chef
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $18.00 – 20.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 30- 40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
· Prepares main menu items and speciality foods
· Purchase kitchen supplies and food ingredients
· Train and supervise cooks and kitchen staffs in food preparation and cooking
· Create menus and new recipes
· Involve in hiring and recruitment process
· Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
· Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Job requirement:
· Completion of Secondary school is required.
· 2~3 years work experience as a commercial cooking experience is required
Language Requirements: English
