Salary: $36.64/hour for 30-40 hours/week

1335601 BC Ltd is a commercial and residential contractor based in Surrey, BC that provides construction management design build and general contracting services. We are eagerly looking for construction Supervisor to help continue our growth. As construction supervisor, the candidate must perform the following job duties.

Job Duties:

Hire, train and general management of all employees on the work site

Manage and Supervise workers on a construction project while adhering to deadlines, specifications and codes

Co-ordinate and schedule activities

Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases

Meets construction budget by monitoring projects expenditures, implementing corrective actions

Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity

Allocate resources, materials, sub-contractors and other staff

Establish and create project plans and reports

Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures

Requirements:

Excellent Communication skills

1 year or more experience in related field

Completion of High School

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff

Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Other Skills:

Willing and able to perform physically demanding work including the ability to lift up to 50lbs

Willing to work outdoors, indoors, and all-weather conditions
