Lee & Park Whistler Vacation Rentals Ltd. is looking for Supervisor!

Position: Supervisor (Permanent, Full-time)

Available: 1

Wage: $22 ~ $24 per hour (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 30~40 hours per week

Working Location: 2247 Olive Terrace, Whistler, BC V8E 0B4

Job Duties:

• Supervise, co-ordinate, assign and review the work of service clerks and accommodations workers.
• Establish work schedules during work shifts.
• Resolve work-relate problems and prepare the report regarding to the owner.
• Ensure the communication with day time & over night supervisor(s) and the owner.
• Coordinate activities with other cooperate businesses.
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• Arrange for additional maintenance services, when needed.
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedure, and company policies.

Requirement:

• Language: English
• Completion of Secondary
• Must be available at least one day on weekend
• Must be available to work between 9PM-7AM at least 2 days a week
• At least 6 months of related work experience
